South Dublin Voluntary Groups CLG (SDVG) is a coalition of organisations from the community, voluntary and non-profit sector, who operate a large, successful Community Employment (CE) scheme. We are currently recruiting for the following role based in one of our affiliated projects, Dress for Success, Dublin, a not-for-profit that supports women with the clothes and skills needed to succeed at interview and in their career. Their mission is to promote the economic independence of women by providing professional clothing, career development tools and a support network. Their vision is that women in Dublin are empowered to secure and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment and to reach their full potential.


We are looking for someone to be the key liaison with the corporate partners and to assist in the administration of the Dress for Success Dublin programmes including the Professional Women’s Group, Outreach & Pop-Up, Open Sessions, and new initiatives.


Responsibilities
• Day-to-day admin of programmes including mail-outs, event attendance records, filing and tracking client information, and act as initial point of contact for programme inquiries and follow-up communications.
• Managing the database and maintaining accurate records of interactions and communications.
• Coordinating venues including space set-up, refreshments, and IT requirements.
• Managing programme volunteer scheduling and tracking of volunteer information.
• Initial volunteer application management, responding to queries, sending application forms, organising interviews and maintaining records.
• Reception duties as required including phone, drop-ins, appointment management, volunteer point of contact, incoming general e-mail correspondence.
• Maintaining internal filing systems within relevant data protection guidelines.
• Additional duties as required.

• Possess excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with good computer skills.
• Organisational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• Empathy for clients and a non-judgmental approach to working with people
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and well as on own initiative
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
