Thanks for your question Gregg.
Unfortunately The Wheel only provides funding information to organisations (not to individuals). I see from your profile that you need to purchase a car for your individual circumstances - so, we would not be able to advise you specifically on how you may finance that.
But I guess the common sense approach would be though that the cheaper the car you intend to purchase, the easier it will obviously be. With that in mind, you may wish to contact the St. Vincent de Paul, as they do sometimes (depending on circumstances) assist individuals.
