Testimonial

I have attended Project Management courses in the past but I felt this was the most practical that I have attended and the handouts, slides and toolkits are of great help and will be something I can use in future.

I will certainly be able to plan projects better and be able to identify what can be improved and what needs to be done.

The skills will be well used within my role as a grant development officer for a local charity

Who should attend

The three-part participative course is for trustees, staff and volunteers who are new to project management or for those looking for a in-depth refresher on practical project management.
