An Introduction to Mindfulness
Are you curious about mindfulness? Unsure of what it is and how it might be helpful? Join us to find out and try it.
In this session we will explore what mindfulness is and what it is not. We will consider how it can help us both to flourish in our lives and also how to navigate the inevitable difficulties that we all encounter at times.
For those wishing to delve a bit deeper, this session will include a short mindfulness practice and discussion of methods and options.

Aoife Fitzgerald is a Mindfulness Teacher and Trainer for UCD in the Community. She holds an MA in Social Work and Masters in Mindfulness-Based Interventions in Psychology
