The training we provide is designed to challenge assumptions, shake up old mindsets, and be the new standard for emotional intelligence led sexual harassment training. Through 6 carefully crafted, and very uniquely, live, online sessions, we will take your managers and employees separately on a journey to truly understand harassment, empathy, and prevention in ways that feel fresh, realistic, and profoundly relevant to today’s modern workplace.

We will start with benchmarking all managers and employees separately to give you valuable and as yet unseen data about the perceptions and experiences of sexual harassment in your organisation.

Then, over three months, our 6 focused, one-hour training sessions, are delivered live online with options to join on multiple dates and times which will fit seamlessly into your schedules, creating a lasting impact. They will be joining managers and employees from other organisations, enriching the experience with cross-industry insights, in sessions that are interactive, engaging, and designed not just for compliance but for real behavioural change—moving far beyond the typical, checkbox online training.

Additionally, we provide managers with an action plan so they can deliver what has been learned over a specific and agreed time frame to ensure consistency of messages and actions across every department in the organisation.
