What is your goal? 

We’re a nonprofit social enterprise offering you a new way to discover the streets of Dublin through the eyes and experiences of someone who has been affected by homelessness. Our unique, friendly and powerful tours are developed in partnership with our guides who will share their story with you as you explore the cultural and historic landmarks of their local area. Our goal is to empower our guides with skills and confidence to take the next step toward independent living whilst offering our customers a channel to engage with one of Dublin’s most pressing social challenges. 

How have you been working towards it? 

We launched our first Secret Street Tour in December 2018. Since then we've welcomed over 2000 guests on our tours, raising awareness and engaging them with the issues of homelessness. We have also trained 3 guides and have seen their confidence grow as they use this platform to share their story and inspire others.  

How has being a member of The Wheel helped? 

We've had several members of the Wheel come on our tours, and they have always been engaged and supportive of our work. 

How can people support you? 

Come and join us on a Secret Street Tour and share us with your networks. We take group bookings as well as public tours (both in person and virtual) and would love to welcome you soon. 

Do you have any success stories to share? 

The training for our guides is truly transformational, giving them a platform and confidence to share their stories and engage the public on this critical social issue. Our tours are also changing public perception and driving engagement on homelessness.
