Survey: Commissioning of Social, Community and Personal Services
TASC, on behalf of the Department of Rural and Community Development, has launched a questionnaire that aims to collect baseline information on the commissioning of social, community and personal services in Ireland, including information on the scale of commissioning, approaches to commissioning, and the impact of commissioning across public bodies and the community and voluntary sector.
TASC is inviting Directors or Managers of community and voluntary and local development organisations who are engaged in securing contracts to deliver services to complete the questionnaire.
This information has not been collected to date, and it will support government strategy which aims to develop a collaborative, whole-of-government approach to commissioning that prioritises social value and community need.
