Transformative Leadership FAQ

Are you thinking about applying for the Transformative Leadership Programme? Are you unclear about the course? Let’s answer some of your frequently asked questions:  

1. Am I eligible to this programme? This leadership development programme is specifically aimed at senior management – the paid professional leaders of organisations in the community, voluntary and nonprofit sector. 

2. What is the selection process? You can find more information on the selection process here. 

3. Where do the training days take place? The training days take place in person in the Sophia Wisdom Centre, 25 Cork Street, Dublin 8. 

4. What if I can’t make one module? Attendance to all modules is mandatory. If you are missing a full module, this would disqualify your application. 

5. Can we send multiple applications for one organisation? You are very welcome to send as many applications as you wish, however please note that there are only 18 spaces available on the course and that all applications might not be successful.  

6. How many places are available? This course it limited to 18 places who are selected depending on their profile and application.
