New Pensions Auto-Enrolment Regime

Auto-enrolment (AE) is a new regime which will introduce mandatory retirement savings for employees for the first time.

Employees will automatically be enrolled for pension contributions. Employers will be permitted to use their own existing scheme to meet AE requirements.

In particular, this webinar will:

  • Help all employers understand the extent to which AE might impact them

  • Explain what employers should do to get ready for AE, and some of the main issues that may arise in practice

  • Discuss some of the immediate and longer-term implications for both their organisation and employees

  • Discuss how existing pension schemes can meet the AE requirements.

For this session The Wheel's Director of Finance and Operations Fergal Moran will be joined by Conail Flynn from LHK financial advisors, and Sarah McCague from Arthur Cox LLP.

This webinar will be relevant to all organisations and there will also be a valuable opportunity to ask questions.
