We are delighted to launch the sixth edition of the National Guide to Pay and Benefits in Community, Voluntary and Charitable Organisations, with the support of Community Foundation Ireland.
During this webinar, our research partners, nfpResearch, will present the findings of the 2024 survey and take an updated look at real-world pay and conditions in the sector.
This guide provides a high-quality, valuable piece of research that creates a sector-wide benefit, and offers organisations a reference point for pay and benefits. It provides critical and timely data to support remuneration processes and assists with wider HR strategy and planning.

Meet Your Facilitator:
Colette Bennett is The Wheel’s Director of Advocacy and Research, and has worked in senior advocacy and organisational development roles for 15 years. She has a Masters in Social Justice and Public Policy and is a member of the Royal Irish Academy Social Sciences Committee. She regularly lectures in universities and colleges across Ireland on social justice and public policy frameworks.
