The EU in Your Community: South Constituency

Join us and our special guests MEP Billy Kelleher and Mayor of Waterford Jason Murphy to learn about EU funding opportunities for your community and discuss the issues that matter to you.

With lots of interesting speakers and time for peer networking, this event will demonstrate the impact the EU has on our daily lives. MEP Kelleher will address the key topics that audience members will have identified in the event registration form. We will then have a Q&A session, so audience members have the opportunity to raise questions and express their communities’ priorities.

The event also features EU funding success stories from local community groups and a presentation on EU funding opportunities and the supports available for organisations to start or scale up their own EU funding journey.

A light lunch will be provided.

Come along to learn about the benefits of active EU citizenship and explore pathways to EU funding for your organisation!

This event is a collaboration between The Wheel’s Access Europe programme and the European Parliament Liaison Office in Ireland.

Access Europe is funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
