Dignity at Work Through Good Governance

Ensuring dignity in the workplace isn’t just about compliance - it’s about fostering a positive, respectful, and productive culture.

In this webinar, our facilitator will explore the landscape of dignity at work In Ireland through Safe to Create, a programme of supports developed to transform workplace culture and practices into safe and respectful working conditions for those working in the arts and creative sectors.

We will examine how good governance practices can support dignity at work, prevent issues before they arise, and create a healthier workplace for all.

Some key takeaways will be:

  • Understanding the link between governance and workplace culture
  • Practical steps for embedding dignity at work in your organisation
  • The legal and ethical considerations for boards and leadership.
