Improving Impact for Your Service Users - Getting it Right the First Time

Come along to learn how you can plan impactful services and measure the difference you are making for your service users.

Times are tough for the voluntary and community sector. Service providers need to ensure that services are delivering the outcomes intended for service users, while responding to changing contexts and being able to advocate for adequate funding to meet needs.

In this webinar, the Centre for Effective Services (CES) implementation specialists will introduce you to:

  • Tools and techniques to help you plan for successful outcomes
  • How to use evidence to measure your impact and tell the story of the difference you are making in your community.

This is a free session for members of The Wheel, but registration is essential.
