I would highly recommend Dee Hennessy as a passionate and experienced mindfulness teacher. She has years of practice supporting people working in human care organisations and community groups in how we respond to stress and improve our well-being. Availing of Dee’s service as in investment in yourself. My work has benefited for it as has as my personal life. Katie Hourigan, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland

Learning the simple tools and techniques for daily pausing along with the many benefits was invaluable. The programme has definitely helped with leading in a more mindful way, and also instilling the importance of self care practices for all our team. I hope that this will embed further in the culture of our Centre. Johnathan Hussey, Cherry Orchard Ireland

I had the pleasure of attending a 1 day Mindfulness in the Workplace course with Dee last year. She is a fantastic teacher and so knowledgeable and willing to share all of her experience. We went on to ask Dee to facilitate a mindful online event to suit and set the tone for our event. We received great feedback and I would highly recommend her services.
