Horizon Europe Cluster 2: Funding Research for Cultural Heritage & Social Change

Horizon Europe is the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation. Its Cluster 2 for ‘Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society’ supports research that strengthens European democratic values, safeguards cultural heritage, and fosters socio-economic transformation. Projects funded under this strand aim to provide evidence-based policy recommendations for a socially just and inclusive Europe.

For civil society organisations, participating in Horizon Europe-funded research offers the opportunity to shape research that addresses societal challenges and benefits local communities, to influence key policy areas, and to gain access to cutting-edge research, data, and networks.

Patrick Lansley, Horizon Europe National Contact Point in Ireland for Cluster 2, joins us to break down the essentials of applying for Horizon Europe Cluster 2 grants.

What to expect:

  • Understanding Horizon Europe Cluster 2 objectives, key priorities, and funding opportunities
  • Expert insights from Patrick Lansley, Horizon Europe National Contact Point, including practical tips and supports available
  • Lessons from a real-world case study: hear from peers who have successfully implemented Horizon Europe research projects
  • Q&A: Get all your questions answered.
