Community Intercultural Health Outreach Worker
The purpose of this role is to develop capacity within communities and individuals and work towards greater health access, participation and collaboration.
The role of Community Intercultural Health Outreach Worker is to work on a community-based health and wellbeing project delivered at local level by Carlow Development Partnership in collaboration with HSE Social Inclusion South East Community Healthcare, aiming to reduce inequalities in health and to improve access to mainstream and targeted health services for vulnerable and excluded groups in County Carlow.
