Since it opened in 2001, Axis has become a cultural and community resource at the heart of the northside of Dublin. 

Axis provides opportunity for artistic experience of an international standard at its venue in Ballymun and the facilities are a vibrant and important resource for community development organisations.

The Board is now seeking to appoint a new Director / CEO who has the creativity, experience and acumen to lead the continued artistic and strategic development of the centre in line with the Company’s mission.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated arts professional with leadership experience and a deep understanding of creative community engagement. 

The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with the know how to manage the operations, finances and governance of a venue that is both a multi-disciplinary arts centre and a resource for the community.
