Project Support Administrator
Reporting to the CEO the Project Support Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration and support of project based activities.
- Support administration of projects
- Liaise with DAFM, donors, shipment company, supporters groups and partner organisations to ensure timelines are met
- Monitor and Evaluate project reporting timelines, receipt of project proposals/reports
- Provide administrative support on fundraising activities and attend events
- Manage the donor database CRM systemincluding inputting data and running reports
- Maintain Feedback system and ensure it is kept up to date
The Administrator will maintain day-to-day operations including:
- Manage smooth running of office including office maintenance and supplies
- Perform bookkeeping duties and support the Accountant role, processing post and lodgements in line with Finance manual.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure procurement process is properly followed
- Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and post as necessary
- Provide administrative support for promotional campaigns
- General administrative duties ensuring internal systems are adhered to and kept up to date
- Support the Bóthar team and partners in analysing; compiling and actioning items arising from the various projects and programmes
- Represent the work of Bóthar at external fora as required
- Other relevant work assigned by the direct manager
