Reporting to: Senior Health and Wellbeing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Heads-up Programme’s and implementation of Head’s up strategy
- Developing new Psycho Education programmes and/or amending current programmes to meet the needs of the local communities.
- Promote Positive Mental Health in local communities and Staff of SDCP
- Work with H&W team to develop clear pathways across internal mental health services in SDCP (e.g., counselling, social prescription, programmes)
- Develop and monitor procedures and protocols in the mental health services in SDCP
- Develop external relationships to support referral pathways for service users
- Collate funding applications and reports for funders/senior management Team
- Other duties as they arrived
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BA in Psychology/counselling/mental health promotion
- Experience developing and delivering psychoeducation programmes
- Experience working with people with mental health difficulties
- Experience working with salesforce or other similar platform.
Desirable:
- Higher Diploma/master’s in psychology, Health promotion or related field.
- Experience with WRAP
Renumeration Package & Benefits:
- The salary for this position circa €50,000 will be based on the successful individual’s qualification and experience.
