Job Title: Story Mentor Reports to: Storytelling Facilitator Location: Castleblayney, County Monaghan, Ireland

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one guidance to participants in story development
• Offer feedback on story structure, content, and delivery
• Assist participants in refining their narratives for digital format
• Support participants in overcoming creative blocks
• Encourage participants to share their unique perspectives
• Report participant progress to the Storytelling Facilitator

Qualifications:

• Strong storytelling or writing background
• Good listening skills and empathy
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Understanding of narrative structures and storytelling techniques
• Interest in diverse cultures and personal histories
• Patience and ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels

Hours: Flexible, typically 4-8 hours per week
