Job Title: Tech Buddy Reports to: Technology Trainer Location: Castleblayney, County Monaghan, Ireland

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist participants with basic computer skills and software usage
• Provide hands-on support during digital storytelling workshops
• Troubleshoot common technical issues
• Offer patience and encouragement to participants learning new skills
• Report participant progress and challenges to the Technology Trainer
• Assist in maintaining and setting up technical equipment

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital media tools
• Patient and friendly demeanour
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Reliability and commitment to scheduled volunteer hours
• Interest in digital storytelling and community development

Hours: Flexible, typically 4-8 hours per week
