An Cosán - Get Yourself Online Week! 25 - 29 April.
An Cosán, Ireland’s largest provider of community education, is calling for communities across Ireland to join its inaugural Get Yourself Online Digital Week campaign - Ireland’s first Community Digital Week, which aims to highlight and address the digital divide.
Currently almost 1 in 2 adults in Ireland lack basic digital skills, according to the government’s Adult Literacy For Life Strategy launched last September.
How can you get Involved in ‘Get Yourself Online’ Digital Week?
As part of the week, An Cosán will host events and are inviting Community Partners to get involved, become a Digital Champion and organise a small event in centres around Ireland.
There are a number of ways you can get involved:

- Visit An Cosán Tallaght for our Community Partner Drop-In Sessions
Format/Location: In-person, An Cosán Tallaght
Dates: Thursday 28th and Friday 29th April | Time: 1-4pm (Timeslots: 1-2pm; 2-3pm; 3-4pm). Each session is limited to 15 people | Register by emailing courses@ancosan.ie
- Become a Digital Champion in your Community
Become a Digital Champion in your Community and host an event during Get Yourself Online Digital Week.
