All managers operating within many human services are required to have relevant management training for their role.
The OTC offers this 12-week online training to new and aspiring managers and leaders through a format that allows them to continue to work and study at the same time.
OTC courses allow students to network with colleagues who face the same challenges as they do.
Our Fast Track Management course is ideal for people seeking or operating in Person In Charge roles or similar.
