This workshop, brought to you by The Leadership Academy, is designed to give you some time and space to reconsider your personal self-leadership goals and then some practical tips for how to get started, and to stay started!
Leadership is a personal journey and we all have very different versions of what successful leadership means to us and no two journeys are the same.
This short webinar will look at three ways you can reflect on your own leadership goals and offers practical steps on taking the next stage in your own leadership journey.

Meet Your Facilitator:
Sharon Hughes is the Leadership Academy Manager in the Skills Team of The Wheel. Sharon has been involved in membership organisations for over 20 years. Before working for The Leadership Academy, she was CEO of a nonprofit. Her background is managing member Events and Communications. Sharon is a qualified Coach, is a member of the Teaching Council of Ireland and is currently studying Psychology. She is low-key obsessed with Leadership.
