Webinar: How to Care for Others Without Losing Ourselves - Mindfulness as a Tool in Managing ‘Empathy Fatigue'

In this webinar we will explore how the remedy for ‘empathy fatigue’ is not to reduce empathy; but more so to learn how to be more compassionate to ourselves; this in turn helps with setting boundaries and as a result reduces the potential of burnout.

Compassion prevents us from being engulfed by the empathic pain we experience as we tend to others. Learn how to hold compassion for others while also holding compassion for ourselves.

The focus of this webinar will include:

  • Mindful awareness skills
  • Compassion v empathy
  • Self-compassion break skills
  • Tapping into appreciation to help with prevention of burnout.

Participants can expect to leave the webinar with a toolkit that will help with day-to-day stress management; audio files, daily mindfulness message, access to live / pre-recorded mindfulness sits.
