Secretary to the Ballymun Tidy Towns (BTT) Committee and Public Relations Officer for BTT, including social media.

BTT Secretary Duties:

Preparation of Committee meeting agenda in collaboration with committee members.

Minute taking for BTT committee and DCC Liaison meetings & circulation of minutes to committee members.

Manage BTT correspondence (email/facebook/etc.).

Development of a volunteer database.

Other duties to be decided by the BTT committee and agreed by the volunteer.

PRO Duties:

Manage the BTT Facebook page and develop other social media channels such as Instagram/YouTube.

Promote BTT within the wider Ballymun Community including liaising with local area community groups.

 

Support available for Administrator:

Training to be identified by the committee and the administrator and provided by BTT.
