Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 dependent on experience.

Type: This is a full-time role and an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with review to become permanent based on performance.

Location: Hybrid - the successful candidate can work remotely and plan to come to Croí House in Galway approximately 3 times per month.

Croí is an award-winning, not-for-profit, Heart & Stroke Foundation based in Galway, Ireland.

For over 40 years, Croí has served the community in the West of Ireland. From its early years of fundraising to establishing cardiac surgery services, it is now focused on improving overall cardiovascular health, in particular, serving those who are at risk of heart disease or stroke and supporting those who have experienced these events in their recovery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Croí now wishes to recruit an Individual Giving Manager to join its busy, ambitious fundraising team. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, the Individual Giving Manager will be a self-motivated professional with specific experience in developing and rolling out individual donor and/or direct marketing programmes. This is a new role and there will be plenty of scope to shape the role accordingly.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a background in a non-profit/charity running individual campaigns and developing, coordinating and implementing regular giving plans and stewardship plans for individual givers, however, we would also welcome applications from candidates with relevant direct marketing experience in the commercial sector.

The Individual Giving Manager will work on a diverse range of projects across both donor acquisition and retention. The successful candidate should have previous experience in analysis and segmentation of donor databases – Croí uses MS Dynamics - and will be expected to effectively develop and implement annual plans to achieve income, expenditure and other KPI’s, ensuring excellent donor care and management.
