Pentecostal Unity Evangelical Ministry is recruiting for a Technology Trainer (Volunteer).

Event Coordinator (Volunteer)

Job Title: Event Coordinator Reports to: Community Liaison Location: Castleblayney, County Monaghan, Ireland

Job Purpose: To assist in planning and executing community events, story-sharing sessions, and project showcases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help plan and organize project events and workshops
  • Assist with venue setup and teardown
  • Coordinate event logistics (e.g., refreshments, equipment)
  • Greet and register event attendees
  • Provide on-site support during events
  • Collect feedback from event participants
  • Assist in promoting events through various channels

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in event planning or coordination preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with local venues and resources
  • Enthusiasm for community engagement and storytelling

Hours: Flexible, typically 4-8 hours per week
