CDI will be running online Getting The Best Out Of Your Staff takes place on Zoom over two half days – Thursday 20th and 27th of May 09.30-13.30, and costs €130. There are a very limited number of early bird places available at €115.
This course is suitable for anyone who manages staff and wants to get the best out of them, and covers the key elements needed to build staff and volunteer capacity to deliver quality services including: staff selection; training; supervision; mentoring; coaching and communities of practice.
