Homeopathy and Building Sustainable Relationships and Resolving Conflict. How failure can be used as the first step in remedy - Free Zoom Webinar, Tuesday 1 April @7.00 – 8.30pm.

Samuel Beckett had a great take on Failure.

Here is what his famous quote says about it:

"Ever tried? Ever failed? No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better."

There are rumours that the quote is as close as it gets to optimism for an Irishman!  😊

But there is a great attitude to be found within the quote.

Failure needn’t be the final word on anything.

It is simply a symptom and reflection that something doesn’t or didn’t work.

Thomas Edison said of the “failure” of an experiment to work:

“Great, I have eliminated one more way that doesn’t work, I must be one step closer to what does!”

We tend to view things like relationships through the lens of the duality of apparent opposites – for example as either a success or a failure.  But they are a process that is evolving, dynamic and fluid unless and until we adopt fixed positions about them.

Then they become solid rocks or problems.

This applies in all our relationships.

Fluid when they are successful, intractable and immovable problems full of conflict when they are not.

And when we suffer the pain of conflict and the damage that that causes, we look around for a cure or remedy to the “problem”.

But this approach tends to treat the symptom not the cause.

This is where a Homeopathic approach to relationships and conflict when it arises can help.

The medical profession derides Homeopathy as quackery.  After all, how can the administering of a so-called remedial substance in ever decreasing potencies lead to an increasing potency of the cure or remedy?  It doesn’t make logical or rational sense.  But then neither does falling in love!

Yet the medical profession has been forced to accept from empirical experimental evidence that the Placebo Effect does work – i.e. if a person believes they are taking a remedial pill, when in fact they are taking a totally inert pill, many get better when they shouldn’t according to “science”.

This is actually worse than the Homeopathic approach for in homeopathy at least they have the decency to put a tiny bit of the remedy in what is administered!

In this Free Zoom Webinar we shall be exploring how the homeopathic principles can help make relationships more sustainable and help resolve conflict when it occurs in those relationships.

One simple proof being – one ounce of compassion is far more powerful than a 3 ton nuclear weapon in making the world a better place.

And yes, the Webinar is happening on April 1st – April Fool’s Day.

You don’t have to be a fool to come on it, but you might just be one if you don’t!!  😊

All are welcome and hopefully it will be an interesting and revealing process together with some light bulb moments along the way.
