Join Miss Ireland 2022 Finalist & Miss Navan 2022, Anna Clarke, for a fundraiser in aid of Core Ireland!

When: Saturday 13 August 2 pm-5 pm

Where: Navan O’Mahony’s GAA Grounds

What to expect: A mix of taster fitness classes including, dance fit, yoga, HIIT, self-defense, and breath work, with motivational and mindfulness speakers throughout the day.

This is a family-friendly event and all are welcome to attend!

There is no entry fee but donations will be very much appreciated and collection boxes will be at the door and spread throughout the event.

Anna Clarke is Miss Navan 2022 and a Miss Ireland 2022 Finalist. She has a BSc in Sports and Exercise Management from UCD and her own business as an online fitness coach and in-person Personal Trainer. She strives to help her clients become more confident in themselves, and feel and look strong.

As part of the Miss Ireland competition "Beauty With A Purpose" campaign, all contestants fundraise for a charity of their choice. Anna has chosen Core Ireland. Anna volunteered with Core in 2017 and has now come on board as their latest charity ambassador to launch their new campaign promoting Mental Fitness. Anna’s hope is to create a link between Core Ireland and the local fitness community. All proceeds from this event will go towards providing Fitness Classes together with Mental Wellbeing Courses under the #MentalFitness Campaign.

Core Ireland is a local community mental health charity in Navan, County Meath. They develop and deliver free, co-produced, mental wellbeing courses to those with lived experience, family members, and professionals that work within the mental health services and host monthly community coffee mornings. Core also act as a hub that connects with and provides services for the community. Core Ireland has many volunteers, with a wide range of experiences. Each volunteer plays an essential role in Core and brings their own unique personality and qualities which in turn shapes the development of the charity.
