Development Perspectives is partnering with Children in Crossfire to host a Cross-border conference titled 'A Shared Future: How Global Citizenship Education can shape the future of border communities',

The conference will seek to explore the role of Global Citizenship Education(GCE) in tackling challenges and issues facing border communities both north and south. Some of the planned inputs on the day include:

- Mapping of the issues and challenges facing border communities

- A panel discussion on 'decolonising education'

- How GCE can play a role in shaping the future of border communities
