We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities, Transport & Risk Manager to oversee the management of our premises and vehicles, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
Job Title: Facilities Manager
Contract: Full time – 2-year contract
Reporting To: CEO
Salary: €50k - €59k DOE

Key Responsibilities:
•    Property Management: Oversee and maintain 11 residential premises and additional Office spaces in Navan, Kells, and Ashbourne (currently). Coordinate inspections and manage maintenance schedules and staff.
•    Vehicle Management: Inspect and maintain transport vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency. Organise training for drivers to ensure safe driving.
•    Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, promote a positive safety culture, and manage risk assessments.
•    Risk Management: Identify and assess risks, implement control measures, and manage serious incidents.
Qualifications:
•    Essential: Qualification in Management, Health & Safety, Risk Management, or Property/Facilities.
•    Desirable: Excellent IT skills, people management, financial controls.
Experience:
•    Essential: Minimum of two years' experience in Management, Risk Management, Health & Safety, or Property.
Skills:
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to multitask and work on own initiative.
•    Full, clean Irish driver's license.
