Situated between Lucan and Clondalkin on the banks of the Grand Canal, Seven Mills forms a major component of the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ). When complete, Seven Mills will be home to over 15,000 people with significant commercial, retail, and office space which will employ over 10,000 people. It will also consist of eight new schools and 10 creches. Every home will be within a five-minute walk of services and amenities.
Applications close on Saturday, 20 December.
