Special Invite to Launch of 2024 Pay and Benefits Report, 3 Dec
We are delighted to invite you to join us online at the launch of the sixth edition of the National Guide to Pay and Benefits in community, voluntary and charitable organisations on Tuesday, 3 December at 2:30pm, with the support of Community Foundation Ireland.
During this webinar, our research partners, NfP Research, will present the findings of the 2024 survey and take an updated look at real-world pay and conditions in the sector.
This guide provides a high-quality, valuable piece of research that creates a sector-wide benefit, and offers organisations a reference point for pay and benefits. It provides critical and timely data to support remuneration processes and assists with wider HR strategy and planning.
To continue offering supports like the National Guide to Pay and Benefits in community, voluntary and charitable organisations, we are required by our funders to give feedback on the impact of the report in the sector. We are looking for organisations willing to engage in feedback on the impact of the report at six- and twelve- month intervals.
