Call for Entries: MSD Ireland’s ‘Solutions for Healthy Communities’ Grant
MSD Ireland is proud to announce an open call for entries towards their global ‘Solutions for Healthy Communities’ grants programme supporting NGOs and charities working to improve health and well-being. The programme is designed to support innovative, nonprofit organisations that work to expand access to quality healthcare via community-based solutions that reach populations which may be historically underserved by the healthcare system.
MSD is currently taking applications from organisations that have programmes that could be suitable under this grant.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, 28 February 2025.
The Solutions for Healthy Communities Program will consider grant applications that seek to impact access to health through one or more of the following ways:
- Empowering people and communities with health knowledge
- Designing and testing models of care that better meet the needs of underserved populations
- Strengthening or expanding the community healthcare workforce
- Building capacity of community health organisations
- Strengthening national or regional health systems
The grant has a length of two years and can cover projects ranging from USD $50,000 (approx. €47,900) to USD $300,000 (approx. €287,000) depending on the proposal and project scope. All relevant organisations are welcome to apply by the Friday 28th February deadline.
