Shared office space available, ideal for maximum 8 people organisation

ActionAid Ireland is currently looking for a tenant to co-share our office space at 172 Ivy Exhange, Granby Place, off Parnell Square. 

Due to our current hybrid working arrangement, ActionAid Ireland staff are only in the office space on two days each week.  We are therefore seeking a tenant to sublet the space to, 5 days per week. This is a generous office space over two floors with a meeting room, as well as kitchen space and a downstairs bathroom.  The office is in a very central location on the Northside of Dublin with handy access to the Luas and short walking distance from Connolly Station. This would suit a smaller business as the office space would be able to host an additional 8 people to our current staff team.
