Who Switched out the Lights? Finding Light in the Dark Night of Conflict (Free Zoom Webinar), 26 June
Who Switched out the Lights?
Finding Light in the Dark Night of Conflict
Free Zoom Webinar
Monday 26 June 7.00 – 8.30pm
When relationships work well, we say that they are full of things like warmth, mutuality, joy, hope, co-operation and of course light.
And when they don’t work well, we say that they aren’t!
In fact we use words like angry, cold, hard, painful, confrontational, stressful, and dark to describe the symptoms of what conflict feels like and what it causes.
And because of what is called the dark night of the soul when we find ourselves in conflict it is very difficult to find the path forward out from the dark of the past and into the light of a better and more hopeful future.
In this free Zoom Webinar, the latest in a series on Sustainable Relationships and Resolving Conflict, we shall be looking at some simple, yet powerful and effective strategies for helping to bring light into the dark night of conflict with and within self and others with practical tools to apply towards remedy in relation to:
- Mindset
- Attitude
- Action
In conflict we get locked into a negative cycle of all three by focusing on what’s wrong and who is to blame and thus things become locked. By changing all three to looking for the light we change the focus from the door that is locked to finding the key that will unlock it!
Fiat Lux!
The future of the Universe began with an explosion of light.
Why should we be any different?
After all we are all made of the stuff! Ancient sunlight in human form with the living light within us that gives us the ability to help change the future before it even happens!
All are welcome.
This Webinar forms part of a series on Sustainable Relationships and Resolving Conflict but it is not necessary to have attended any previous Webinars as they are designed as stand-alone events.
