ACCORD Dublin is now hiring: Marriage and Relationship Counsellors – In Person and Online (Hybrid/Dublin based) and Online Counsellors (Island-wide)

ACCORD Dublin was established in 1968 to provide marriage and relationship counselling and education support across the lifespan – Relationship Sexuality Education to young people in Schools, Marriage Preparation and Marriage and Relationship Counselling. 

Our organisation, with its new headquarters in Pembroke Road, Dublin, has successfully completed a major transformation and change process and is now developing and growing our professional marriage and relationship counselling service, leading the way in best practice and innovative service delivery for all in need.

Successful applicants will gain:  

  • Permanent, part-time employment as a Marriage and Relationship Counsellor for two, three or four shifts per week (either Hybrid/ Dublin-based or Online Island-wide)
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and availability (Whole time equivalent range 55-65K)
  • Full induction training and ongoing Clinical Management support
  • In-House Clinical Supervision
  • Minimum of 8 points of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training per year

 You will need to have: 

  • Professional Accreditation in the Republic of Ireland, the UK or equivalent
  • Evidence of Training and Experience in Couples Therapy 
  • Availability to work evenings to meet client demand
